Notice of reopening of physical stores (updated)

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of It's so easy.

This is an announcement regarding the reopening of our Minamiaoyama physical store.

From Monday, May 11th, 2020, we have resumed operations at our physical stores by advance reservation, and will now resume normal business hours from Saturday, May 30th, 2020.

・Business hours: 12:00 - 18:00 (Reservations required from 18:00 - 20:00)

Business hours from Wednesday, July 1, 2020

・Business hours: 12:00 - 19:00

We are always strict with hygiene management, but we are now further strengthening our infection prevention measures. If the store becomes crowded, we may ask you to wait on the terrace to avoid crowding with other customers. We will do our utmost to protect the health of our customers and staff, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

As the situation remains one in which we cannot let our guard down, we understand that some people may feel uneasy about visiting the store. Although it is limited to two hours per day, we will continue to operate the store for private use by one group at a time, with an advance reservation system. (No reservations are required for visits between 12:00 and 18:00.)

Please choose from counseling (60 minutes), counseling (30 minutes), or picking up your item in store (15 minutes).

You will receive a confirmation email from the reservation system (reservation@airreserve.net) with the subject line "【Air Reserve】Confirm your reservation details." If you wish to change the date and time of your visit, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

If you have any questions about reservations or would like to make a reservation on a site other than the one listed above, please contact the store directly. Reservations on the site will be closed 4 hours before your planned visit, but we can accommodate last-minute reservations if there are openings.

*This is a paid parking lot exclusively for the building. Discounts for purchases are not applicable.
