Precautions for online counseling
Please be sure to read and agree to the following information and precautions before making a reservation.
Usage environment
- Customers are responsible for communication charges associated with using counseling services, so we recommend that you check your home communication situation in advance and use a Wi-Fi environment.
・Depending on the communication conditions, environment, device, etc., the video call may be interrupted or delayed, making it difficult to communicate properly. In such cases, please note that we may have to disconnect the call.
・If you are unable to maintain communication due to your environment or device, please exit and re-enter the service.
・If the line is disconnected, please reconnect it by following the same steps.
・We may call you to check the connection.
About reservations and cancellations
・Reservations can be made up to 1 hour before the start time.
・Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send a reservation completion email to the email address you registered. If you have email settings set up to receive emails, please make sure you can receive emails from reservation@airrsv.net.
・If you are unable to make the appointment, please follow the cancellation procedure from the URL in the reservation confirmation page that was sent to you after your reservation was confirmed. Cancellations can be made up until just before the start of counseling.
・If you wish to change your reservation date and time, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
・If you do not show up within 10 minutes of the start time on the day, your reservation will be cancelled. You will not be able to connect the line after 10 minutes.
Advance preparation
・We will use the online video tool "ZOOM" for counseling. Please download and install the ZOOM app in advance. https://zoom.us/download

Other notes
・Counseling is free of charge, but through the counseling we will suggest products that suit you and how to purchase them.
- Please refrain from recording or filming the counseling session.
