Mindfulness is something we hear a lot about these days.

I am not a sensitive person who easily accumulates stress, but as I get older I am becoming interested in mindfulness and keeping both my body and mind in order.

Mindfulness simply means focusing on the present moment.
I'm still exploring, but by incorporating yoga and meditation, and paying attention to my intuition, I feel like I'm starting to get a clearer idea of ​​the things I like, and I'm starting to feel more in tune with myself.
This time, I chose something based on my intuition, and I love it!
I would like to introduce some things that I have felt recently.
