"Do what you can before you give up"

Staff ARI recommends some must-have autumn items for your daily skincare routine!

Large palms, short fingers, and weak nails that break easily.

Of all the body parts I have, the top three ones I feel most insecure about are my hands.
I don't like uneven nail shapes or knotty fingers.
However, I just accepted that it was something I was born with and there was nothing I could do about it.

When I was younger, I would get nail art done and try to hide the length of my fingers.
It was fun and I liked it, but my nails were gradually deteriorating.
My nails had become thin and soft and were screaming in pain.

Still, I can't help but envy people who have naturally beautiful nails and finger shapes.

I knew about nail oil.
But I've never used it, and I have no intention of using it.
Somewhere in my heart, I had given up from the start.
I just assumed it wouldn't make much difference.

That's when I came across uka nail oil.

I started using it with some skepticism.
Every morning before I leave the house and every night before I go to bed, almost every day.
It seems like I'm pretty good at making things into habits.

First, the color of my nails changed.
How dry it was...
You will see the shiny, beautiful nails in no time.
I also feel like the skin under my nails has turned a beautiful pink color.

The more beautiful it becomes, the more results you get,
It is human nature to want to make things better and better.

I stopped using nail clippers and started using a nail file to shape my nails.
Applying a base coat to protect my nails has become a daily routine.

Then, as if in response to that,
My nails are getting more and more beautiful and strong.
I guess it's thanks to that.
My fingers, which I used to hate because they were so short, started to look thin and long.
I really love my hands now!

I learned this once at a nail care salon I visited.

"Japanese people are shy and have difficulty looking people in the eye when speaking.
"So I pay close attention to the person's mannerisms and hand movements."

I thought that now was the perfect time to do it since my nails were looking beautiful.
Since hearing that story, I've tried to pay more attention to even the most casual movements of my hands.
I forget things easily and I'm still inexperienced though.

Even now, if I let my guard down, my nails become unstable and weak and delicate.
When I encountered uka nail oil,
I have found another place I like.

That goes for anything.
Before you give up, try what you can!
Then something will surely change for the better.
