Cosmetics for hay fever

Like cherry blossoms, the annual hay fever never seems to end in the blink of an eye.

It's still humid even in April.

My skin is also having trouble these days.

Shortness of breath and dryness under the nose are major problems this season.

For those who have the same problem,

Here are three items I use during pollen season.

From the left: Lavender toner (Bottega Organica),

→ Spray the toner onto cotton, gauze, tissue, or whatever and place it in the mask for a few minutes. Then take a deep breath. Lavender has a sedative effect, so it stabilizes your mood and makes you feel very calm.

It is made from 100% natural lavender, and has a slightly bitter, medicinal scent.

It doesn't irritate your nose and makes breathing easier.

It's a fine mist, so it feels great to spray all over your face, and I also like that it makes you feel like you've washed your face.

When you sneeze, your whole face tends to heat up, so this product kills two birds with one stone by cooling you down and moisturizing the dryness under your nose. It also feels like you're surrounded by fresh, refreshing air, so I can't let it go.

If your skin, around your eyes, or nose feel extremely itchy, it feels good to wipe it away with a cotton pad soaked in plenty of toner.

This toner is especially recommended for when you can't stop sneezing and are in pain.

[Center] Mint lip balm (Bottega Organica),

→ The discomfort of a stuffy nose while sleeping is also a common symptom of hay fever.

Apply one to your lips before going to bed, and one during the day before putting on a mask.

I also recommend applying a small amount under your nose.

The scent of natural spearmint wafts through your nose and is the best.

There are many different mint lip colors available, but if you like mint, we highly recommend Bottega organica's spearmint for this season.

It can also be used as a nail balm.

(Right) Blue face oil, LAPIS (HERBIVORE BOTANICALS)

→Needless to say, if you have used this oil before, you will already know how good it is.

When I have troubled skin, sensitive skin, or breakouts, that's when I turn to my savior, LAPIS.

This season, pollen has been affecting my skin, so I rely on LAPIS morning and evening.

It's also great as a booster, as even just one bottle has a strong effect on the skin.

The pollen season is likely to continue for some time yet, so let's find some comfortable items to help us get through this year♪
