In 2013, founder Leyna Allred discovered the power of herbs and plants while also realizing the toxicity of the beauty industry. Born from Leyna's passion project, URB APOTHECARY has blossomed into a vision to incorporate the healing power of plants into everyday beauty and grooming rituals, reconnecting each person to their own natural beauty while considering their environmental impact.

Our small team of three women, including Reina, makes everything with their own hands in our Sacramento studio. We source fair trade, organic, and local ingredients, and we care about ensuring that each product we make not only improves the lives of those who use it, but also connects to socio-economic consciousness. We take great pride in every product we make and are incredibly grateful to be able to share our love of plant therapy through our products.
