This is a guide to the change in the consumption tax rate.

Real store

The new tax rate will be applied to purchases made on or after Tuesday, October 1, 2019.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock and we have to order it for you, the old tax rate will apply to items paid for in advance by Monday, September 30, 2019, and the new tax rate will apply from that date onwards.

The new tax rate will be applied to orders placed after midnight on Tuesday, October 1st, 2019.

*For orders received by Monday, September 30th, even if the item is shipped after Tuesday, October 1st, we will accept the order at the tax-inclusive price based on the consumption tax rate of 8%.

Revision of various fees

Shipping fees and deferred payment fees will be revised as follows.

●About shipping charges

Before the change: If the total price of the products is 10,800 yen (tax included) or more, we will deliver the products free of charge. If the total price of the products is less than 10,800 yen (tax included), we will charge 540 yen (tax included).

After the revision: If the total price of the products is 10,000 yen or more (excluding tax), we will deliver the products free of charge. If the total price of the products is less than 10,000 yen (excluding tax), we will charge 600 yen (including tax).

Deferred payment fee

Before revision: 324 yen (tax included)

After revision: 330 yen (tax included)

Display of product prices

From Tuesday, October 1st, all product prices on the online shop will be displayed including tax at the new consumption tax rate (10% or reduced rate of 8%).

Please note that the price may be listed on the tag (hang tag) attached to the product or on the product itself, based on the old consumption tax rate of 8%.
